According to Ozman 2008 in his paper” he differentiates between two types of benefits of open innovation. Network externalities effect happens when open innovation increases the participation of one group of users which increases the value of adoption for another group of users. Learning effect happens when economic actors increase their knowledge through access to external sources of knowledge”.

China's New Bus.

A Chinese inventor surprised the world in discovering a new way to solve traffic jam problems affirming that it is the best way to overcome the problem. The Chinese inventor invented a new bus which is empty from the bottom and it carries 1400 passengers; at the same time, it allows many cars to pass through it from the bottom.
It is clear from that way that the bus does not occupy much space when he passes in streets; it carries passengers such as normal buses. It is pointed out that the bus’s new design is genius; it is height is 15 feet and its length is 37 meters. The bus works on the solar powered and it has a normal speed like regular buses.
An engineering office, at the 13th Beijing International Exhibition of hi-tech, exposed this wonderful design. They added that the bus is designer assured that it will reduce traffic jams up to 30%, at a cost of production of 4.6 million.
The designer of the new bus warned motorists going underneath it. He said: motorists must be extremely vigilant during the bus movement and to be away from edges as it moves at the same time.

Solar Energy Through the Clothes
One of the important innovations in the technology world is the things that help humanity to take advantage of renewable energy in power generation as well as the preservation of the environment at the same time; that leads to access the sustainability.
Germans Experts confirmed that there is a possibility of developing highly flexible solar cells in thin layers of clothes for using the solar power, so that energy can become available with any one at any time or place for use in everyday matters such as charging a mobile phone or laptop.
The Professor Christoph Brabec, from the German University of Embergrlangen-Nure, assured that these cells could be spread over 15 years; he added: Its solar cells have the material within the manufacturing capacity to absorb light and convert it into electric current. This material is made of semiconductors organic and there are plastic connectors for power supply within these semiconductors.
The Professor refers to the disadvantages of a solar cell that it is conventional as glass. This makes it difficult to move in everywhere without damaging it. Here, there is a contrast to the organic cells that can be bent, wrapped and folded. So there will be current plug from the thin layer that contains a solar cell charger for phone or laptop, emphasizing that a number of companies began to develop such thin layer.
